Responsible

• Plan, design, and install network systems to ensure optimal security and efficiency.
• Maintain and monitor network systems periodically to ensure high performance and reliability.
• Manage internet connectivity, bandwidth allocation, and access configurations to meet organizational needs.
• Install and manage firewall systems, data encryption, and access permissions to prevent unauthorized access or cyberattacks.
• Document network architecture, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures for team reference and future updates.
• Provide user support for basic hardware and software issues, such as troubleshooting laptop usage, checking Windows functionality, and installing programs or operating systems.

More qualification

• High Vocational in Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of networking, protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, UDP), OSI Model functionality, as well as configuration of routers, switches, firewalls, and general network management.
• Experience with network devices such as Cisco, Juniper, HP, or similar.
• Experienced in using ticketing systems.
• Basic skills in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
